I love quotes, and have quite a collection written in a journal for moments such as these. I was eager to participate, but quickly realized that I haven't really collected any parenting quotes.
Truly though, I don't need a quote about actual parenting. Here is my selection:
Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy; they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom.
~Marcel ProustMy girls are definitely some of my "charming gardeners". Oh, how these pictures make me long for spring (and gardening).

Love love love those poppies (and those girls!)
My sister-in-law told me once that "children are spiritual sandpaper". Not sure if it was original to her or not, but a great quote.
I love those poppies too! Makes me pine for spring. Randomly, some bulbs I planted this fall are two inches out of the ground. I think I did something to confuse them--it's still January! They are three months early! We're due to get six inches of snow in the next couple of days and it's supposed to be 4 degees tomorrow night (sad face). I think those flowers are doomed.
Leslie, I love that quote. I would love to be elloquent enough to be quoted.
I love that quote! And those pictures are the perfect accompaniment. :) :)
