Shhhhhhh........

Works like a charm!

How do you keep people from ringing the doorbell when your kids are sleeping?

Oh my goodness; your note is so sweet compared to mine! Mine is all in caps in crazy messy bold black marker.

We just took the batteries out of the doorbell so it won't work. Our mail lady knows we have a toddler so she will knock softly if she needs to leave a package.

I have a sign taped over the bell that says, "Do not ring doorbell; please knock." I really need to change it to "knock SOFTLY", though! I almost pooped my pants when the new mail person BANGED on the door during naptime one day. It was so quiet in the house, and he nearly scared me to death!!! I asked him to just leave packages on the porch...we'll find them eventually! But can you believe a couple of people have rung the bell THROUGH the taped sign??? Gah!!!

This is definitely an awesome "glimpse!" :) :)

[And look at me, commenting on your blog...finally!!!]

your sign is so sweet and nice. I need to think of a more creative and friendly note to put on my door.

I love it! No bell here and fortunately the mail arrives between 10:30 and 11:30 A.M. most days so nap time is typically not disturbed.

If I put on the doorbell sign that I have twins, even though I don't will people take it more seriously? Hmmmmm....
